How do I contact Precious Steps?

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Discover as forms of payment.  We can not accept checks, cash or COD’s. 

What about using Paypal?
As noted above, we gladly accept Paypal; however we must receive your Paypal payment within 24 hours of your purchase.  If your Paypal payment is not received within this period, your order will be cancelled.

Can I order over the phone?
If you do not feel comfortable using the internet to place your order, please feel free to call us directly at 301-464-7344 or 888-464-2128 to place your order over the phone.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a Maryland resident, we will add 5% sales tax.  For non-Maryland residents, sales tax will not be added to you r purchase.

How will my merchandise be shipped?
We ship USPS Priority Mail. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email from info@precioussteps.net notifying you that your order is on its way.

What about expedited shipping?
If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact us directly at info@precioussteps.net

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What if I need to return something?
Please refer to Policies for information on returns and exchanges.

How can I tell if an item is in stock?
You can check the availability on an item from the drop-down menu on the item page. The inventory information is updated in real-time.

If an item or size is out of stock, can you get more?
If you see an item or size that is not in stock, we’re happy to try to get it for you. Please email info@precioussteps.net or call 301-464-7344 or 888-464-2128 and let us know your request.

Do you have a Size Chart?
The shoe sizes vary amongst the children’s footwear designers. In addition to viewing the sizes alongside the picture of the shoe you may also refer to the size conversion chart below.   If you have questions about a specific shoe, send an inquiry to info@precioussteps.net and we will be happy to assist you.
