Privacy
We respect your privacy and we are committed
to protecting it. Your name, e-mail address, mailing address and telephone
number will be collected when you order from us online or by telephone. All information
collected by us is used only for fulfilling your orders and will not
be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our
business. We occasionally send e-mail notices of sales or new arrivals
to customers. If you prefer not to receive such notification, please

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged only within Maryland. If your
shipment is going outside of Maryland, we will not charge sales tax. We
charge 6% sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Maryland.
Shipping
We ship within the United States - USPS Priority Mail which normally
gets your package to you in 2 to 3 regular business days.
For international orders, please contact us at 888-464-2128 or info@precioussteps.net for shipping costs.
Shipping days are Monday – Friday, except holidays. Orders
received after 2:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Before
inquiring about your order, please allow 7 to 10 working days from the
time you placed your order.
Contact Precious Steps directly if you will require expedited delivery.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If however,
for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund
or exchange in the event that a different size or shoe is needed.
Merchandise returned within 60 days from the date of purchase will qualify
for a refund in the original tender.
Merchandise returned after 60 days qualifies for Precious Steps store
credit.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.
All items must be in their original condition to receive credit or exchange.
The following merchandise may not be returned:
• Items purchased during a promotional sale.
• Merchandise that has been worn, or otherwise altered.
Please include your merchandise return/exchange form inside the packing
with your item.
We advise that you obtain a tracking number from your shipping company
when you send in your return. We are not liable for items lost
in transit.
Your account will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise returned
for a refund. We will send you an email notification once your return
has been processed. If you are requesting merchandise credit, it
will be mailed directly to you.
